Typical hair thickening products use drying ingredients (alcohol, salt, and drying resins) to dry out and force open the hair's protective outer layer. When the cuticle is roughened and lifted, the hair strands can no longer lie flat, creating the effect of full, voluminous hair. However! Opening the cuticle causes significant damage and leads to dryness, frizz, and breakage. Xtra Large uses a brand-new volumizing technology: a lightweight yet voluminous polymer blend (enhanced with strand-strengthening bamboo) that mimics the hair’s raised cuticle layer but leaves the hair’s underlying cuticle soft, intact and hydrated. How to Use

1. Section damp hair.

2. Apply 2-3 pumps of product to each section and massage from top to ends.
